Looking for some stellar Sims 4 Ranch House lots that you can use for your horse-style gameplay?
You’re in luck, there are PLENTY out there (is anyone really surprised?). Sims creators really spoil us with gorgeous builds every time a pack is dropped and recently we got Horse Ranch, so I’ve went out and found some of my favorites to share with you.
Whether you want something (a little) more affordable or you want to go all-out with Barbie pink, there’s something out there for you.

Best Sims 4 Ranch House Builds
1. Family Horse Ranch by Create4Sims
The Family Horse Ranch is gorgeous and practical.
This is a CC free build that’ll set your sims back §119.451, and I believe it just uses the Horse Ranch pack. It was originally built in the 50×50 lot that you find at the back of Chestnut Ridge, and it’s perfectly fit for a ranching family.
I’m pretty sure this house has 4 bedrooms, but one is built to be a nursery. It’s really nicely built and totally fun to play on.
2. Barbie Horse Ranch by Kate Emerald
This Barbie Horse Ranch is gorgeous – I know because I added it to my game. BUT it’s a genuinely huge build, and took forever to load and save. So, you’ve been warned.
The Barbie Ranch has 2 bedrooms, but 3 beds. There are A LOT of packs used in this game, but I can confirm that you don’t need ALL of them to download it into your game. However, you do want to turn on move objects.
I HIGHLY recommend adding this hella cute Barbie lot into your game.
3. Nectar Maker’s Home by kikoi builds
The Nectar Maker’s Home is a cozy cottage-style ranch build that’s perfect for anyone that wants to run their own nectar winery.
You can grab this house’s tray files, and it doesn’t require any CC. However, you will want to turn on the following cheats BEFORE you add it into your game:

4. Modern Horse Ranch by Moniamay72
This modern horse ranch is perfect for anyone who likes to play in something a little more updated but still wants a ranch-style build.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this cozy ranch is built for a family of 7. It fits on a 50×50 lot, and will set you back §131,703 to get your family all moved in.
5. Champion House by sharon337
The Champion House is another more traditional ranch build.
It’s a little more affordable at only §93,070, and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Overall, it’s built for a family of 5, and also features a living room, kitchen, dining room, study and laundry. Outside on the lot you’ll find a horse stable, garden area and BBQ.
It’s built on a 30×20 lot in Chestnut Ridge, and you’ll want to turn on the following cheats BEFORE you set it down:

6. Le Ranch de la Cote by PandoraSims
This costal ranch lot features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is PERFECT For a larger family.
It was originally built on a 40×40 lot in Brindleton Bay, so you don’t have to move out to the country if you don’t want to. You can easily fit your family ranch right into this cute little pet-friendly world.

7. Country Family Farmhouse by Create4Sims
I really love this Country Family Farmhouse, especially the fact that it only uses a few select packs so you don’t have to own EVERYTHING to make it run perfectly. If you have the following packs you’re perfect:

- Get Together
- Greenhouse Haven Kit
It’s a CC FREE lot that was built in Henford-On-Bagley in the 64×64 lot. I really love the cozy-yet-lush feeling you get here. It’s a little more green than you get in the wild west horse world.
8. Muller’s Horse Farm by philo
Muller’s Horse Farm is a modern-yet-classic style ranch. At only §89,618, it’s a TAD bit more affordable than some of the other options on our list.
It was originally built on a 30×20 lot, and I have to say I love the garage-style stable that you get right at the front of this build.
9. Cactus Ranch by Nessca
The Cactus Ranch is a dream house for your horse-loving family. With this build you get:
- 4 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- Office
- Fireplace room
- Kitchen and dining space
- Music room
- Living room
- Children’s play room
There are also 2 stables with a place for 4 hourses and two different horse tracks. It’s a HUGE build that fits right onto a 50×50 lot in Chestnut Ridge. You want to make sure that the following cheats are ON before you place the lot:

10. Roan Ranch by xoGeraldine
The Roan Ranch is built with a smaller family in mind.
It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is built on a 30×30 lot. You get this all for §52,582, which makes it a bit more of an affordable option.
I really love the simple style that comes with this cute ranch.
11. Lexington by sharon337
The Lexington is a GREAT family house.
With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this house is built for a family of 8. It’s build on a 30×30 lot in Chestnut Ridge, and besides the bedrooms you get a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. There’s also a cute outdoor BBQ and eating area with a hot tub!
However, it’ll set your sims back §100,145, so it’s probably not going to be a first home unless you have a great inheritance.
12. Rustic House by Create4Sims
The Rustic House is perfect if you want a cute ranch-style house for Windenberg.
Originally build on the Old Lake Cottage 64×64 lot, it has a ton of character and doesn’t require ANY cc. However, it does use the following packs:

13. Horse Ranch by Kate Emerald
Horse Ranch is another great build by Kate Emerald.
This is NOT a Barbie-themed build, so you won’t see a lot of pink in this ranch. You can download the tray files from their Patreon page or find it on the Gallery with the ID KateEmerald.
It has 4 bedrooms and is gorgeously landscaped!
14. Luxurious Ranch by PandoraSims
The Luxurious Ranch is perfect for anyone who really wants a stand-out horse ranch.
It was built on a 50×50 lot in Chestnut Ridge and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s got a hefty price tag attached to it at §132,121. And while it doesn’t require any CC to use, it does use the following packs:

15. Luxury Modern Horse Ranch by Kate Emerald
I love a good modern home, and this Luxury Horse Ranch is no exception.
There are 3 bedrooms in this home, and the basement has some super cute files – which I clearly noticed when watching the build video.

16. Small Horse Ranch by Michaela Sims
If you need a more budget-friendly lot, the Small Horse Ranch is for you.
Built for 1 or 2 sims and 2 horses, this lot uses ONLY Horse Ranch, so it’s a little more doable if you don’t have ALL of the DLC.
This house was built on a 30×20 lot in Chestnut Ridge and will set you back §36,575.
17. Converted Barn & Nectary by MissSimReno
If you want something a little more creative, the Converted Barn & Nectary is for you.
This converted barn with stables and a small nectary has a cute little studio apartment built right into it. It was built on the Grapevine Terrace lot which is 30×20 in Chestnut Ridge.

18. Chestnut Farmhouse by Create4Sims
The Chestnut Farmhouse is a HUGE lot that’s seriously gorgeous. It’s featured in the cover image for this post.
If you want to see HOW it was built, there is a 2-part speed build you can find on Youtube (see Part 1 and Part 2). Honestly, the only thing it’s missing is a pool!
This house costs §164,865 and was built on a 50×50 lot. You don’t need CC to use this lot but the following packs were used in it:

Editor’s Note: Just a word of warning – there are A LOT of animals in this house that are reaching the end of their life. In the first minute of me loading the lot Grim was there for A WHILE.
19. Nectar Cottage by HoneyMaySims
The Nectar Cottage costs a mere §27,000 (which is AMAZING compared to the rest of the list). It’s built on a 20×15 lot in Chestnut Ridge.
It’s a simple little cottage with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and ONLY uses the Cottage Living and Horse Ranch packs, so it’s a bit more achievable for most players. Plus, there is NO CC required.

20. House on Ranch by CubzikBuilds
House on Ranch is a cute little 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that doesn’t require any CC.
It’s a small family ranch built on a 30×30 lot that costs §61,446, which makes it a TAD bit more affordable than some of our other picks. However, don’t forget to turn on bb.moveobjects BEFORE you place the lot.
21. Horse Ranch House by JuliaFilms
The final pick on this list is the Horse Ranch House.
It’s a more achievable house for many players, costing only §56,183. It’s built on a 20×15 lot and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ultimately it’s a little more bang for your buck than some other downloads.
The BEST part about it, like the rest of the houses on this list, is the fact that you don’t need any CC to use it in your game.
Final Thoughts: Sims 4 Ranch House Lots
Strangely enough I JUST got the For Rent pack and I’m suddenly OBSESSED with Horse Ranch – maybe I didn’t give it a fair chance to begin with? Regardless, I’ve been looking through A LOT of ranch builds and there are SO MANY options out there.
I have to say I love the more complex builds with lots of animal space, but what I find the most unique is the fact that there’s so much variation. You can grab yourself a small, modest ranch that’s perfect for your growing family. Or you can go all-out and live in Barbie’s dream house.
