10 Sims 4 Barbie Dream House Builds to Add a Little Pink To Your Game
Ready to stock your game with some gorgeous Sims 4 Barbie Dream House builds?
Who doesn’t love a lil’ pink in their game (or, honestly, A LOT), and these lot downloads really deliver on that. From tiny eco-friendly homes to MASSIVE mansions, there’s a Barbie-esque home for every sims player.
The best part: unless stated these builds are all CC FREE. That means you don’t have to download anything extra to use them! However, you will want to turn on the bb.moveobjects cheat on and a few of them will require debug items too (so that’ll need to be on as well: bb.showhiddenobjects on).
Honestly, make sure to read the fine details before you add a lot to your game, just to make sure it works when you add it in the first time (she says from experience).
Sims 4 Barbie Dream House Lots to Download
1. Barbie Horse Ranch by Kate Emerald
If you’re a big fan of ranch-style builds, this Barbie Horse Ranch is for you.
I love the modern ranch style with the cute pink hints – its Barbie fashion-forward WITHOUT Being overwhelming. The main house features 2 floors. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, it’s perfect for the small but growing family.
Off to the side, there’s a GORGEOUS stable that’s perfect for your family’s horse. I happen to love the landscaping, it’s intricate without being too overwhelming.
You can download the tray files for this on Patreon, or you can search KateEmerald on the gallery in-game.
Editor’s Note: This is a GORGEOUS lot, but its hella big and WILL be slow to load and save.
2. Barbie Tiny Dream House by Intelligent Fly
If you want a tiny house with A LOT of personality, the Barbie Tiny Dream House is for you.
This Barbie house DOES NOT use any CC, but you might want to download the Cool Pools Custom Kit so your pool can look the same. This is a 3-tier tiny home that costs §79,873, and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It was originally built on a 30×20 lot in Oasis Springs.
You can find this set by searching intelligentfly. You can see their other builds in Instagram at Intelligent_flyyt.
3. Barbie Palm Springs Home by HoneyMaySims
If you want a more suburban family home, the Barbie Palm Springs Home is for you.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home originally built in Oasis Springs. It’ll set your sims back §74,000, but it’s totally worth it because it’s SO DANG CUTE. It fits perfectly on a 30×20 lot, and you can find it on the Gallery with the ID HoneyMaySims.
The following packs were used in this build:
| EPs | GPs | SPs | Other |
| Growing Together High School Years Cottage Living Eco Lifestyle Discover University Get Famous City Living Get Together Get to Work | Dream Home Decorator Jungle Adventure Parenthood Dine Out Spa Day | Paranormal Moschino Vintage Glamour | Everyday Clutter Pastel Pop Desert Luxe Decor to the Max Blooming Rooms |
4. Malibu Barbie Mansion by Kate Emerald
If you want something wildly modern (and super cute!) then the Malibu Barbie Mansion is for you.
This is a MASSIVE house with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It’s very luxurious and is the perfect home for your super famous sim who loves to throw parties and have people over. It’s a fully-decked out house packed with pink, gorgeous flowers and anything your sims would love.
I think my favorite part is probably the gorgeous pool, but the whole thing is genuinely amazing. You can find it on the gallery with the ID KateEmerald. And while there is no CC, you might want to download the featured art off the Gallery (search: xKobiMoji).
5. Tiny Pink House by AtlantidaSims
I think this Tiny Pink House is perfect for adding a little Barbie into your game without going overboard.
It’s truly adorable, I love the rounded cottage look and feel of it. You can find this bad boy on the Gallery under the ID AtlantidaSims.
It’s a house (unsurprisingly) inspired by the Barbie movie!
6. Barbie Dream Boat by Kate Emerald
A totally wild Barbie-themed lot is this cute Dream Boat.
Shockingly, this is actually a No CC lot, though you will want to use the right cheats before you download it. It’s a luxe lot that was build in Sulani (makes sense!) and it’s inspired by the 1994 toy.
This is not the most practical Sims 4 house, but it’s a totally fun addition to your game if you have a rich sim that wants to host parties on their luxury yacht. You can find it on the gallery under the ID KateEmerald.
7. Barbie Pool Mansion by Kate Emerald
If you want something that’s truly unique, then you NEED the Barbie Pool Mansion. I means, seriously?!?
The gorgeous pool takes up most of the lot and is legitimately shaped like Barbie’s head! This is 100% the lot for the sim that loves to throw massive pool parties and really show off their home.
With that in mind, this is ONLY a 1 bedroom home. However, besides the fancy pool, it has a home gym and (clearly) an outdoor party area. Download it on the Gallery with the ID KateEmerald.
8. Tiny Eco Barbie Home by miraloulou
The sim that lives in the Tiny Eco Barbie Home definitely recycles. It’s a super cute, tiny house that’s made with green living in mind.
I particularly love the LARGE front window and the cutely landscaped front yard. You can find this on the Gallery via the ID Miraloulou. It’s a cute house that isn’t overly Barbie – it really adds just a touch of pink to your gameplay.
9. Barbie Dream House by apandatam
The Barbie Dream House is super cute and perfect if you want a more traditional-looking home.
While it’s fully pink, it doesn’t *scream* Barbie like some of the other houses on our list. It’s not an EXACT replica, but it’s based on Barbie’s TV show.
This fully decorated house will set your sim back §163,584. Sadly it only has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, so it’s NOT a great family home. However, it’s a top pick for your loner sim (basically the only type of Sim I play).
10. Barbie Malibu Mansion by Kate Emerald
This is another lap-of-luxury style mansion.
The Barbie Malibu Mansion is perfect for anyone who wants a wild house with an amazing pool. It’s a 3 bedroom house that has an AMAZING master bedroom closet (seriously, check out the speed build).
You can get this house off the gallery via the KateEmerald ID. It does not require any CC for you to use it.
Final Thoughts: Sims 4 Barbie Dream House
From grand Barbie-shaped pools to luxurious mansions, there are some REALLY amazing lots that you can download and add to your game.
I’ll be honest, mostly my sims don’t have enough money to buy anything this fancy – but if you’re interested in some luxury gameplay, I really like these options.
These might not be best for everyday gameplay, but they’re certainly worth checking out. Which will you download next?
