It’s a great set for a university student or someone who’s just moved out on their own.

This set honestly reminds me of my parent’s furniture when they first started their family. It features a very basic couch, chair and love set set with a large contemporary table.

The Nora Living Room might be my favorite fancy-yet-casual pick on this list.

I love the minimalist style that comes with some actual fun colors. The only thing that doesn’t quiet fit the look I’m going for is the rug.

My favorite piece in this whole set is definitely the couch and armchair combination, but the bookshelf that comes with it is sleek too.

I’d highly recommend pairing this set with some cute AF clutter and create a gorgeous, contemporary living space.

If you’re looking for a plain-style living room (no shade, sometimes it just fits!), the Lina Living Room is for you.

There are a few pieces in this set that feel miss-matched, but the hanging bookshelves have a certain Ikea appeal to me.

I also like the couch that has a nice boxy feel to to it, but I do think I’d pair it with some more traditional style furniture.

My favorite piece is probably the curved sided couch, it has a funky feel to it. However, I do recommend pairing it with some more boxy feeling items for variety.

The Eloise Living Room might have some of my favorite traditional-feeling furniture in it. It has a bit of a historical vibe, without totally foregoing modern styles.

I particularly like the pattern on the couch and chairs – though there are more to choose from if it’s not your style.

The petal lamp is super cute along with the matching pendant. But my favorite piece is probably the leaning mirror that just feels like it elevates the room.

The David’s Apartment set features a collection of cute items that you’ll simply love designing with.

Another comprehensive, but more futuristic looking set is MCM Part 2 Living Room.

This isn’t my favorite set on the list just because it features a few more curves than I usually like, however I do really love the fireplace that comes with it.

There are a few small pieces that you get with this set to decorate with. However, I’d recommend looking for some cute clutter to really spice it up.

This set feels really large, object-wise. It’s great for anyone building something that’s a little more whimsical.

11. Bowed Living by Peacemaker

I really like the Bowed Living Room by Peacemaker – honestly they have some of the best CC items to download if you’re looking for seating sets.

This is an outdoor living room set that features rattan pieces that have some seriously unique textures that the creator has blended themselves.

Unfortunately, I didn’t write down all of the pieces that you get in this set when I tested it out (super sorry!) but they’re seriously gorgeous. Each piece comes with 12 to 36 style options, so you can completely make the space your own.

If you want something with a real indoor-outdoor feel, this is the set for you!

12. Citrus Living Room by KBB

This article was almost done when I came across the Citrus Living Room and fell in love – if you have a love of fun fruity colors, this is the set for you.

This is a small set, but it’s totally worth the download. It comes with a ton of decor that you’ll absolutely just love, including:

Like I mentioned before, there are a TON of decor pieces. My favorite piece is the large framed paintings that lean against the wall – but there is so much to choose from.

This is the perfect set for a bright, cute, colorful living room. I totally would decorate my own house with this stuff.

The Fayun living room set is a little more modern mixed with your great aunt’s house.

It features a few pieces that technically match but are a bit more mis-matched than you’d expect.

This set does feature a few decorative pieces, like floor lamp candles and plants in a vase.

13. Kitayama Living by Peacemaker

The Kitayama Living Set is another last minute add that I didn’t get a chance to jot down the items and prices of (sorry!).

That said, this Japanese-inspired set features over 25 new items from funky furniture to fun decor. It’s got everything you need to build a truly stellar living space. All of the items come with 16 to 36 color/pattern options.

It’s worth noting that these items are considered high poly, so they aren’t going to be the right fit for everyone’s game.

14. The Livin’ Rum by Harrie & Felixandre

For something modern and bubble with lots of round edges, I recommend The Livin’ Rum.

It comes with a WHOPPING 60 pieces, making it a seriously full set for you to use. From coffee tables and modular shelving units to a massively (slightly-awkward) computer desk, there’s plenty for you to work with, regardless of your design style.

I’ll admit that this isn’t the most Maxis Match cc set, and I don’t use it a lot myself – primarily because it doesn’t fit my build style.

But for the right style of house this pack gives you PLENTY to work with. Seriously, it comes with more items than many of the stuff packs… (and basically all of the kits).

15. Delicato Lounge by LittleDica

I think the Delicato Lounge set is adorable.

In particular, I love the book shelf and the fact that the ottoman slots under the coffee table (how cute!).

Though, I admit, the couch isn’t quite my style. You get 9 pieces of living room furniture, including:

I really enjoy the classic look and feel of the Colonial Living Room set.

This set is truly gorgeously designed that’s the right fit for a particular house, we’re talking something fancy and rich.

This is a very boxy retro set that you’ll need to find the right decor items for.

I LOVE the Gatsby Set by Felixandre.

It features a collection of grand, 1920s inspired furniture that’s perfect for your rich sim’s home.

This cc set features a bunch of different items, and I think my favorite might be the half-arch bookshelf.

It adds a little bit of dynamic visual into the room without completely overpowering it.

There are SO MANY different sets that you can check out if you’re looking to add free Sims 4 living room cc sets.

My favorite is definitely the Millenial set simply because of it’s simple, just-moved-out appeal. That said, I really like something fun and colorful like the Citrus Set. But for the ultimate pack, I recommend the family living pack.
